Its Been A While.
Heather and Hoobler tried to get it going. If anyone tries to hijack it in the future, the only rule of The Hallway Show is that you have to start it on a Tuesday (although Heather was close). Vince and I were talking about how we need to get this thing back on its feet and I was hit by the idea to do so after my two friends, Sean and Meredith, that I haven't seen in a while told me that they love The Hallway Show and that they show it to their friends. We also have followers that like what we do so why not give it to them? It's summer time, I miss doing this thing, and I miss seeing what everyone comes up with. So let's get back on the horse, guys. Let's get the ball rolling. I've got a pick for next Tuesday (or Vince might) and I hope everyone participates. What do you guys say?

RIP
So Blogspot and I don't get along at all. Hopefully this actually posts this time.
Sorry to re-hijack this away from Mickey Rourke, but it's in the name of Dio so that makes it alright.
I'm posting a two-for-the-price-of-one here.
First up is a picture of the Holy Diver, himself drawn by yours truly in 8th grade.

So initially my first idea when I saw Dio as the theme was to dig this up and color it. I still might do that at some point just for kicks, but I figured that the Rainbow in the Dark deserved a better tribute than that (no offense to my mad eighth grade skills). So, without further rigmarole, I present my latest Ronnie James Dio piece.

Also, has anyone besides Ben Cloutier and myself ever noticed that Ronnie James Dio and CCS's own Ron Hayward look remarkably similar? Something suspicious is going on. We have a theory that they are brothers.

DIO
I feel like this blog needs to be revived by an honorary Dio portrait!
If this quote from the classic "Holy Diver" isn't enough to inspire creativity...I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS.
"Jump on the tiger
You can feel his heart but you know he's mean"
I don't care if I'm not allowed to hijack this, I'm drawing Dio damnit!
